Return Policy

This Return Policy describes the process required for you to initiate a return and the responsibilities of (the “Site”).




You may initiate a return for an item(s) for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. All Returns when processed will be refunded and applied to your credit card automatically or original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse. All returns will be refunded within 72 hours of receiving the item. If you haven’t received a refund within that time, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank again as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


Required to qualify for a general return, the item(s):


    • Must be in resalable condition
    • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
    • Must not have been installed
    • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
    • Must not have any writing on the original packaging
    • Must not be missing pieces
    • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
    • Must have receipt/proof of purchase




    In some cases, a restocking fee of 20% is applied on all returns to cover shipping charges because we do not charge shipping site-wide on the initial sale.




    All defective, missing parts or damaged products at our fault, we will either replace or exchange for the same item or parts only at our discretion. There is 7 day period to report any defects. Damages, there is a 24-48 hour to report concealed damage or any damages. PLEASE TAKE AS MANY PICTURES AS POSSIBLE FOR EVIDENCE.


    Once a return has been set up and returned to our warehouse or distribution center, it will be inspected. If the return is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to the account used for the purchase.


    To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:


      • Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed. 
      • Incorrect item was received.

    Please note that (the “Site”) will not be responsible for any costs related to labor, handling, installing, or uninstalling items purchased.
